This workshop is dependent on FieldTrip for MATLAB. FieldTrip is an open-source toolbox, but MATLAB is licenced software (30 day trial version can be downloaded from MathWorks.com by creating an account).
The version of FieldTrip used for the tutorial is provided with the workshop material. Besides FieldTrip you will find the data files for the tutorials, containing EEG, MEG and MRI data.
You can find the material for the tutorial here: material_for_workshop
The size of all files are approximately 3.5GB.
See the slides from the introduction here.

Workshop materials:
MEG data for sub-01: Download sub-01.zip from https://zenodo.org/record/1134776 (make sure to choose from version 2)
MRI data for sub-01: Download the dicoms from sub-01.

The following presentations were given during the workshop:
The goal of this workshop is to start with single subject results at channel and source level and to perform group analysis.
The original raw data can in principle be downloaded from https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.998518, but since the full analysis on all subjects takes too long, single-subject results are shared here
The analysis will follow the paper "Group Analysis in FieldTrip of Time-Frequency Responses: A Pipeline for Reproducibility at Every Step of Processing, Going From Individual Sensor Space Representations to an Across-Group Source Space Representation" from Lau Møller Andersen which you can find at https://doi.org/10.3389/fnins.2018.00261
The scripts used for the workshop have been published and are available from https://github.com/ualsbombe/omission_frontiers
